摘  要:级联Boost变换器含有两个LC滤波器,呈现四阶动力学特性,具有宽输入电压范围的特点。其输出电压纹波与电感、开关周期、电容和负载等因素有关,其中输出电压纹波受电容等效串联电阻影响较大。采用时间平均等效原理对级联Boost变换器进行直流稳态分析,分析了两个电容等效串联电阻对输出电压纹波的影响,由理论分析可知电容C1的等效串联电阻对输出电压纹波影响较小,电容C2的等效串联电阻对输出电压纹波影响较大。采用谷值电流控制策略,保证了变换器稳定地工作在较高直流电压传输比的情况下,避免了次谐波振荡现象。实验验证了理论分析的正确性。Cascade boost converter had two LC filters, thus was a four order dynamics circuit and featured with wide input voltage. The output voltage ripple was related with inductor, switching cycle, capacitor, load and so on. The capacitor equivalent series resistance had a profound impact on the output voltage ripple. The DC equivalent circuit of cascade boost converter including capacitor equivalent series resistance was established through time-averaging equivalent circuit approach. The effects of two capacitor equivalent series resistance to the output voltage ripple were analyzed. It shows that the first capacitor equivalent series resistance has little influence on the output voltage ripple, the second capacitor equivalent series resistance has significant influence on the output voltage ripple. Valley current control-mode could obtain high-gain voltage transfer ratio,and the slope compensation was avoided. Experimental results show the correctness of the theory.
