摘　　要：对数字网络化环境下高校图书馆服务工作的变化进行分析。认为馆藏文献资源、服务手段、服务结构、服务模式的数字网络化是高校图书馆读者服务工作发展的趋势。提出以提高馆员综合业务素质、促进信息咨询服务数字网络化、强化个性化服务、建设特色馆藏文献资源库和检索服务系统、加强馆际馆藏合作与文献资源共建共享为对策,应对高校图书馆面临的挑战。The paper analyzes the changes of reader service work of university library in digital network environment. It thinks that the development tendency of reader service work of university library are digital networked library documents resources, service method, service structure, and service mode. It proposes countermeasures of improving comprehensive professional quality of librarian, promoting information reference service to be digital networked, strengthening individual service for reader, constructing characteristic collection of documents resources database and retrieval service system, and strengthening interlibrary collection cooperation and co-constructing and sharing of document resource, so as to reply challenges faced by university library.
