超声引导下注射高渗糖对腘窝囊肿硬化治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺抽吸并注射高渗糖硬化治疗腘窝囊肿的疗效、并发症及安全性。方法在超声引导下对76例腘窝囊肿患者行经皮穿刺抽吸并注入50%高渗糖冲洗硬化治疗,治疗后定期复查,观察临床症状改善情况并比较囊肿大小及并发症的发生情况。结果治疗后12个月超声随访,76例患者均未发生明显并发症,74例患者临床症状显著缓解。囊肿体积缩小≥80%的有52例,占68.42%(52/76),其中36例完全消失;体积缩小50%至80%之间的有16例,占21.05%(16/76);体积缩小30%至50%之间的有6例,占7.89%(6/76)。囊肿体积缩小<30%的2例,占2.63%(2/76)。体积缩小不足30%的2例患者行第2次穿刺硬化之后6个月复查,囊肿体积缩小大于80%。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺抽吸并注入50%高渗糖硬化治疗腘窝囊肿是一种操作简便、安全可靠的有效治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy, complications and safety of ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle aspiration and hyperosmotic glucose injection on popliteal cyst. Methods 76 patients who suffered from popliteal cyst were treated with percutaneous needle aspiration and 50%hypertonic glucose injection, and then had a regular follow-up to observe the clinical symptoms, size changes and complications. Results A 12 month follow-up： 76 patients had no obvious complications. The clinical symptoms of 74 patients were significantly relieved. The cyst volume decreased more than 80%in 52 cases （68.42%）, between 50%and 80%in 16 cases （21.05%）, between 30%and 50%in 6 cases （7.89%）. 2 cases were decreased less than 30%, and then carried out the second treatment. The volume decreased 80% after 6 months. Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous needle aspiration and hyperosmotic glucose injection is a simple, safe and effective method for popliteal cyst.
