肺癌患者外周血血浆FIB、FDP及D-二聚体水平变化及意义

摘　　要：目的：观察肺癌患者外周血血浆中纤维蛋白原（FIB）、纤维蛋白（原）降解产物（FDP）及D-二聚体（D—Dimer，DD）活性的变化，以探讨其临床意义。方法：用STAGOSTA-Compact全自动凝血仪检测96例肺癌患者外周血血浆FIB、FDP、D-二聚体的表达水平，并与60例健康体检者作比较。结果：肺癌患者FIB、FDP及D-二聚体明显高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义；FIB、FDP及D-二聚体在肺癌组临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者与Ⅲ临床Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者之间存在显著差异，差异有统计学意义；出现淋巴结转移患者FIB、FDP及D-二聚体水平显著高于无淋巴结转移患者。结论：肺癌患者FIB、FDP及D-二聚体水平异常升高，说明其在肺癌的发生和发展中起重要的作用，且其变化对肺癌的转移及疾病的预后有重要价值。Objective ： To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of plasma hemostatic markers （FIB, FDP and D-dimer） concentrations in patients with lung cancer. Methods ： The expression of, HB,FDP and D-dimer were measured with Liatest method by SAGO STA-Compact Automatic analy 96 patients with lung cancer, and the data were compared and analyzed with that by 60 healthy persons as control group.Results ： FIB,FDP and D-dimer concentrations in lung cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the normal controls. The change of FIB,FDP and D-dimer is related to the TNM pathological stage. FIB,FDP and D-dimer levels of patients were significantly higher than those without metastasis patients. Conclusions ： The expression of FIB,FDP and D-dimer was increased in patients with lung cancer. FIB,FDP and D-dimer are involved in the development and metastasis of lung cancer and have important diagnostic values in lung metastasis and prognosis.
