济南市2008—2013年无偿献血者传染性指标分析

摘　　要：目的：分析济南市2008-2013年无偿献血者血液传染性检测指标检测情况。方法：按国家规定要求对无偿献血者血液ALT，HBsAg，抗-HCV，抗-HIV，抗-TP指标检测，统计分析检测结果。结果：5项指标总体不合格率为3．76％，ALT，HBsAg，抗-HCV，抗-HIV，抗-TP不合格率分别为2．49％，0．49％，0．32％，0．17％，0．28％，ALT阳性是构成检测结果不合格的最主要因素。结论：应加强献血前咨询，提高检测的灵敏性和准确性，采用核酸检测等新技术以提高血液安全。Objective ： To analyze the blood infectious testing index from blood donors in Jinan,during 2008-2013. Methods ： ALT, HBsAg, anti -HCV, anti -HIV, anti -TP index were tested according to the state requirements for blood donors, and the results were statistical analyzed.Results ： The overall failure rate of these five indicators was 3.？6%, and the ALT, HBsAg, anti -HC~, anti -HI~, anti -TP failure rates were 2.49%, 0.49%, 0.32%, 0.17%, 0.28% vespectly. ALT-positive constitutes the most important factor for the failure of the testing results. CoNclusions ： Pre-donation counseling should be strengthened to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection. The use of nucleic acid detection and other new technologies can improve blood safety.
