摘 要:目的::通过对10248例患者的白带常规与BV(细菌性阴道病)结果分析,探讨白带常规检测中年龄、清洁度、霉菌、滴虫、线索细胞、白细胞酯酶、唾液酸苷酶之间的相互关系。方法:10248例患者的白带常规采用生理盐水直接涂片,显微镜下先观察清洁度情况、有无线索细胞、滴虫,然后滴1滴10%的KOH,观察有无霉菌;再用细菌性阴道病检测试剂盒{BV(三联法)}检测过氧化氢、唾液酸苷酶、白细胞酯酶。结果:清洁度Ⅰ度的标本60例(0.6%)、Ⅱ度的标本6204例(60.5%)、Ⅲ度的标本3624例(35.4%)、Ⅳ的标本360例(3.5%);查见霉菌1770例(17.3%)、查见滴虫260例(2.5%)、查见线索细胞1362例(13.3%);同时查见霉菌和线索细胞292例(2.8%)、同时查见滴虫和线索细胞120例(1.2%)、同时查见滴虫和霉菌60例(0.6%)、同时查见滴虫和霉菌及线索细胞30例(0.3%);白细胞酯酶阳性3638例(35.5%)、白细胞酯酶+唾液酸苷酶阳性1451例(14.2%)。结论:白细胞酯酶阳性率、白细胞酯酶+唾液酸苷酶阳性率与清洁度、霉菌、滴虫、线索细胞之间的关系有统计学意义;清洁度的好坏与霉菌、滴虫、线索细胞之间的关系有统计学意义;年龄大小与霉菌、滴虫、线索细胞的关系有统计学意义。Objective : Through the 10,248 cases of routine vaginal BV results and analysis to explore whether the relationship among age, cleanliness, fungus, trichomonas, clue cells, leukocyte esterase, and neuraminidase. Methods : Saline direct smear under the microscope and observe it' s cleanliness, the presence of clue cells, Trichomonas vaginalis, and then drop a drop of 10% KOH, to observe whether the mold; then bacterial vaginosis detection kit {BV (triple method)} to detect hydrogen peroxide, neuraminidase, leukocyte esterase.Results : Cleanliness Ⅰ degree specimens 60 eases (0.6%), cleanliness Ⅱ degree specimen 6204 eases (60.5%), cleanliness m degree specimen 3624 eases (35.4%), cleanliness Ⅳ specimens of 360 eases (3.5%); check and find mildew 1770 cases (17.3%), 260 eases investigated, find trichomoniasis (2.5%), check and find elue ceils 1362 cases (13.3%); simultaneously mold and clue eells 292 cases (2.8%), check and find trichomoniasis and clues Cell 120 cases (1.2%), trichomoniasis and mold 60 cases (0.6%), trichomoniasis and mold and clue cells in 30 eases (0.3%); leukocyte esterase positive 3638 eases (35.5%), leukocyte esterase + neuraminidase positive 1451 cases (14.2%). Conclusions : The relationship among the leukocyte esterase-positive rate, leukocyte esterase + neuraminidase positive rate and cleanliness, mildew, trichomonas, clue cells have statistical significance; the good or bad of the cleanliness has relationship among fungus, trichomonas, clue cells is statistically significant, the relationship among age, mildew, trichomonas, clue cells relationship is statistical significance.
