泡沫硬化剂联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨泡沫硬化剂疗法联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法选择189例大隐静脉曲张的患者,87例采用泡沫硬化剂疗法联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗(研究组),102例采用大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术治疗(对照组)。比较两组治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、总住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论泡沫硬化剂疗法联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张较大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术相比具有高效、微创、并发症较少的特点,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the foam hardener therapy combined saphenous vein ligation treatment for varicose veins. Methods 189 patients with great saphenous vein were collected. 87 of 189 cases received combined therapy as foam hardener and saphenous vein ligation （study group）and 102 cases received high ligation and saphenous vein stripping surgery treatment（control group）. Treatment effects and compli-cation rates were compared. Results The operative time,blood loss,postoperative ambulation time,the total length of hospital stay in study group were significantly less than those of the control group. The complication had no significant difference. Conclusion Combined therapy as foam hardener and saphenous vein ligation treatment for varicose veins has features of efficient,minimally invasive,fewer complications compared with high ligation and saphenous vein stripping surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
