摘 要:目的研究"思维导图"在提升护理本科生临床专科知识中的应用效果。方法将进入小儿外科实习的40名护理本科生分为10组轮转,单月入科为A组,双月入科为B组,A组采用口头授课的基础上施以多媒体教学(PPT),B组在口头授课的基础上引入"思维导图"模式,全面指导学生制作专科知识的思维导图。应用理论考试和满意度调查问卷来评价2组学生的带教效果。结果 B组理论成绩和满意度均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论引入"思维导图"进行带教,能提高实习效果和带教老师的带教质量。Objective To study the"mind map"in the promotion of the effect of application of clinical nursing undergraduate specialty knowledge. Methods 40 nursing undergraduates practice of pediatric surgery were divided into 10 groups of rotary,single income as group A,group B as the bimonthly into.A group were based on oral teaching with multimedia teaching (PPT).B group were based in oral teaching references"mind map"mode of overall guiding students to create specialized knowledge of mind map. Application of the theory exam and satisfaction questionnaire was to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups of students. Results in B group the theory achievement and satisfaction were higher than A group(P〈0.05).Conclusion References"mind map"of teaching can improve the practice effect and the quality of clinical teaching.
