摘 要:[目的]研究金银花各花期花色素种类和含量的变化。[方法]通过对不同花期金银花进行了特征显色反应、紫外-可见光谱扫描分析和花色素含量的测定,分析了金银花各花期花色素的种类和含量的变化。[结果]金银花不同花期的花色素由类黄酮、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素三大类组成,类黄酮中仅含有黄酮、邻二酚羟基;米蕾期到金花期,叶绿素含量逐渐下降,类胡萝卜素、黄酮类色素含量总体呈上升趋势,导致花色由白到黄的变化。[结论]该研究为金银花花色变化提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the change of the categories and contents of the flower color pigments in different flores- cence of Lonicera japonica Thunb.. [ Methods ] Through investigating such as the specific color reactions, UV-visible spectra scanning and deter- mination of flower pigment contents in different florescence of Lonicera japonica Thunb. , the change of the categories and contents of the flower color pigments in different florescence of Lonicera japonica Thunb. were analysised. [ Results ] The flower pigments in different florescence of Lonicera japonica Thunb. mainly consist of chlorophyll, carotenoid and flavonoid, there was only flavones and the adjacent two phenolic hy- droxyl group in the flavonoid. From millay period to golden period, chlorophyll content decreased gradually, but carotenoid, flavonoid pig- ments content overall upward trend, led to color from white to yellow changing. [ Conclusion ] The study provides the theoretical basis for the flower color changes of Lonicera japonica Thunb..
