摘　　要：[目的]为评价瑞鲍迪甙A作为饲料甜味剂的安全性,进行了瑞鲍迪甙A大鼠、小鼠的急性毒性及亚慢性毒性试验。[方法]急性毒性试验采用灌胃给予;亚慢性毒性试验中,瑞鲍迪甙A以20、4和1 g/kg拌料给予大鼠90 d,每周称量大鼠体重和饲料消耗,并在喂养45和90 d时剖检,分别进行血液细胞学和血液生化指标检测,计算主要脏器系数以及进行相应的组织病理学检查。[结果]瑞鲍迪甙A对大、小鼠的经口LD50分别大于34.0和45.0 g/kg b.w.;亚慢性毒性试验各剂量组大鼠的采食、体重、脏器系数、血液细胞学及血液生化指标、大体解剖及组织病理学检查结果与正常对照组比较无明显差异。[结论]瑞鲍迪甙A属于实际无毒级别物质,亚慢性毒性试验对大鼠无明显有害作用。[ Objective ] To evaluate the safety of rebaudioside A sweetener used as feed additives, the oral acute toxicity and sub-chronic toxicity tests to mice and rats were studied. [ Method ] Acute toxicity tests were administered orally. Rebandioside A was administered with mixture of feedstuffs for 90 d at doses of 20, 4, 1 g/kg to rats in sub-chronic toxicity test. The weight and feed consumption were measured every week. The hematological and biochemical examination, organ coefficient and histopathologic analysis were made at 45 th and 90 th day of test period. [ Re- suit]The oral LD50 values of rebaudioside A to rats and mice were more than 34.0 and 45.0 g/kg b.w. respectively. The sub-chronic toxicity test indicated that there were no significant difference in feed intake, body weight, organ coefficient, hematological index, blood biochemical parame- ters, gross anatomy and histopathology between these tested groups and normal control. [ Conclusion]The rebaudioside A was belong to nontoxic grade substanct and appeared no obvious sub-chronic toxicity.
