摘  要:[目的]建立辣椒和土壤中霜霉威残留量的气相色谱-氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)测定方法.[方法]辣椒和土壤样品以丙酮与水(7∶3,V/V)混合溶液提取,经正己烷和二氯甲烷萃取净化后,用气相色谱-氮磷检测器测定,外标法定量.[结果]霜霉威在0.05 ~ 10.00mg/L范围内浓度和峰面积成良好的线性关系;方法的最低检测质量浓度为0.05 mg/kg;平均添加回收率为84.1% ~96.3%,变异系数为0.8% ~2.6%.[结论]该测定方法灵敏、稳定,符合农药残留分析方法的技术要求.[ Objective] GC-NDP was established for determination of the propamocarb residue in peppers and soil. [ Method ] Peppers and soil samples were extracted with acetone-water mixed solution (7: 3, V/V), extracted by n-hexane and dichloromethane, and detected by GC-NPD. The external standard method was adopted for quantification. [ Result] The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the target substance concentration in the 0.05 - 10.00 mg/L range and peak area. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.05 mg/kg. The av- erage recoveries in peppers and soil were from 84.1% to 96.3% , and the variation coefficients were from 0.8% to 2.6%. [ Conclusion] The measurement method is sensitive and stable, meets the technical requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
