摘 要:以汽车防撞梁为研究对象,介绍GMT热压成型模具结构。GMT材料已广泛用于汽车后杠横梁、车底护板、前后保险杠、前端模块等汽车零部件上,此类塑件与一般的塑件相比有两个特点,玻纤含量高和壁厚可以不均匀,耐冲击性能强。玻纤含量越高,塑料的流动性就越差,壁厚不均匀很容易导致收缩,所以传统的注射工艺很难做出合格的塑件,以下介绍的GMT热压成型模可以很好的解决此问题。This article take automobile anti-collision beam as example to introduce the structure of GMT hot press molding mold. GMT has been generally applied to the automobile components such as rear beam, under cover, front and rear fenders and front-end module, compared with common plastic parts, components made by GMT hold 2 major advantages, high content of glass fiber and non-uniform thickness wall building, improving the anti-impact property. As for the plastic parts, the more glass fiber is, the lower flow ability will be, and besides, non-uniform thickness may easily result in sbrink,thatJs why the percentage of qualified parts made by traditional injection molding is not high, this kind of defect can be solved by the GMT hot press molding introduced as in this article.
