摘  要:目的:观察活血化瘀汤联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例老年膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予患膝关节玻璃酸钠注射液2 m L关节腔注射,每周1次,连续4周;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用活血化瘀汤口服。两组均以4周为1个疗程。观察两组Lequesne指数,并评价疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的临床症状均得到改善,两组Lequesne指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为90.67%,对照组有效率为75.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀汤内服联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗老年膝骨关节炎较单纯玻璃酸钠关节内注射疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu Tang(a decoction of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis)combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given intra-articular injections of 2 ml Sodium Hyaluronate,once a week for 4 weeks;while the treatment group,based on the treatment of the control group,was given Huoxue Huayu Tang orally,4 weeks for 1 course.The Lequesne total index of the two groups was observed and the effects were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients were improved.The difference of Lequesne index between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.67%,and that of the control group was 75%,the difference being statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu Tang combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is more significant for the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis than the simple intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.
