摘  要:目的应用BED-CEIA技术检测哨点血清,掌握江西省2011年-2013年重点人群人类免疫缺陷病毒Ⅰ型新发感染率。方法收集全省2011年-2013年HIV哨点监测8个重点人群共131 562份血样,其中252份样本经免疫印迹法确证检测为阳性结果,该免疫印迹阳性血样应用BED-CEIA技术检测样本以区分新发感染与既往感染,利用公式I=[F×(365/W)×R]/[N+F×(365/W)×R/2]×100%估算该人群的HIV-1新发感染率。结果 2011年-2013年HIV哨点监测重点人群总体HIV-1感染率分别为:0.21%,0.23%,0.14%。新发感染主要发生在男男性行为人群(MSM),其新发感染率为最高,2011年新发感染率为4.77%(1.46%-8.07%),2012年为5.33%(2.63%-8.03%),2013年为1.87%(0.49%-3.26%),其他人群均较低。结论江西省男男性行为人群相对于其他人群的HIV-1新发感染率较高,该人群艾滋病流行形势相对严峻,应重新评估目前的干预策略,加大对该人群的干预力度。Objective BED-CEIA was applied for the detection of serum from sentinel hospitals,in order to calculate the new infection of human immunodeficiency virus( HIV) type 1 in Jiangxi province's key crowd from 2011 to 2013. Methods Of HIV sentinel surveillance in 8 focus groups,a total of 131 562 blood samples were collected,among which samples were detected by immunoblotting as positive,the Western blot positive blood samples,with the application of BED-CEIA,were used to distinguish the new infections and past infections,using the formula I =( F ×( 365 / W) × R) /( N + F*( 365 / W) × R /2) × 100% to estimate the rate of new HIV-1 infections. Results From 2011 to 2013 HIV sentinel surveillance of key population HIV-1infection rate was respectively 0. 21%,0. 23%,0. 14%. New infections mainly occurred in male behavior crowd( MSM),the new infection rate was the highest,in 2011 the new infection rate was 4. 77%( 1. 46% - 8. 07%),5. 33%( 2. 63% - 8. 03%)in 2012,1. 87%( 0. 49% - 3. 26%) in 2013,the rest of the population is low. Conclusion In Jiangxi province MSM is higher compared to other groups of HIV-1 infection rate,of the crowd AIDS epidemic situation is relatively serious,should be reevaluated intervention strategy at present,increase the intensity of intervention in this population.
