胃幽门螺杆菌感染情况诊断中快速尿素酶试验检测应用的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨胃幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况诊断中快速尿素酶试验(RUT)检测应用的价值。方法从本院消化内科2010年5月-2013年5月收治的住院患者中,随机选择100例进行研究,分为2组,分别予以快速尿素酶试验检测和14C尿素呼气试验(14C-UBT)检查。观察记录2组的检查结果,并进行比较。结果经统计,100例患者中,经RUT检测Hp阳性率为86.0%,同时经14C-UBT检测Hp阳性率为60.0%。2种方法的阳性检出情况比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.57,P<0.05,)。2组在消化性溃疡和慢性胃炎、十二指肠炎阳性检出率方面差异均有统计学意义(χ2=19.82,χ2=21.25,均P<0.05);但在急性糜烂出血性胃炎和胃食管反流病,以及胃癌和胃息肉的阳性检出率方面差异均无统计学意义(χ2=2.72,χ2=5.13,χ2=5.28,χ2=4.11,均P>0.05)。结论快速尿素酶试验用于检测胃幽门螺杆菌感染情况具有较高的应用价值,且操作简单,值得临床大力推广应用。Objective To explore the value of rapid urease diagnostic test（ RUT） to detect Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection.Methods 100 cases of hospitalized patients in department of internal medicine in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected,and divided into two groups. all of the patients were tested with rapid urease test and14 C urea breath test（14^C-UBT）examination. Observe and record the inspection results of the two groups and compare. Results According to statistics,in100 patients,the positive rate of RUT detection of Hp was 86. 0%,while the positive rate of14C-UBT detection of Hp was60. 0%. The differences between the two groups has statistical significance（ χ^2= 8. 57,P 〈0. 05）. The differences of peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis,duodenitis positive detection rate between the two groups has statistical significance（ χ^2= 19. 82,χ^2=21. 25,all P〈 0. 05）. But he differences of acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux disease,and gastric cancer and gastric polyp detection rate between the two groups has no statistical significance（ χ^2= 2. 72,χ^2= 5. 13,χ^2= 5. 28,χ^2= 4. 11,all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Rapid urease test（ RUT for the detection of Hp has a high application value in the process of infection,and the operation is simple,and is worth the clinical promoted application.
