哈尔滨市城乡产业协调发展的作用机制与调控路径研究

摘　　要：以哈尔滨市为例,从分析城乡产业协调发展的重要性出发,探析了城乡产业协调发展的作用机制,主要包括:城乡产业结构和空间结构的扩散与乡村产业的城市化、现代化,分别从制定城乡产业协调发展规划、促进城乡经济一体化以及建立城乡产业集群三方面提出了城乡产业协调发展的调控路径,利用城市先进的产业推动乡村产业的发展,缩小城乡之间的差距,实现城乡产业协同发展.In this research Harbin was selected as study area. The importance and mechanism of coordinated development between rural and urban industries were analyzed. And the regulation pathways were proposed. The mainly mechanism includes： the spread of the Rural - Urban industrial structure and spatial structure, the urbanization and modernization of rural industry. On the basis, three regulation pathways were addressed. Firstly, industry coordinated development between urban and rural areas is planed. Secondly, the economy integration of urban and rural is promoted. Thirdly, build up urban and rural industrial cluster theory. Used advanced industry, the development of rural industry is promoted, the gap between urban and rural areas is reduced, the coordinated development of urban and rural industry is realized.
