不同贮藏年限烟草种子活力研究

摘　　要：为了更好地保护烟草种质资源，做好种子的繁殖与存储，以冷藏的2010～2013年4个年份的黄花烟（ZY08－4）、野生种、烤烟（小黄金、云烟97、云烟85）、晒烟（半坤村晒烟、南肋伴晒烟、大青筋）4种类型的8个烟草品种进行了发芽实验。结果表明，在相同条件下，黄花烟ZY08－4种子发芽较其他品种早1d；2010～2013年的种子在一般冷藏条件下，种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均随年限的增加而降低；与2011年的种子比较，2010年的种子的各项指标下降最为明显。In order to better protect the tobacco germplasm resources and do well reproduction and storage of seeds,the ger-mination experiment was conducted used 4 years frozen storage seeds of 8 varieties from 4 types of tobacco,Nicotiana rusti-ca ZY08-4,the wild species,flue-cured tobacco varieties Xiaohuangjin,Yunyan 97 and Yunyan 85,sun-cured tobacco varieties Bankuncun sun-cured tobacco,Nanlei sun-cured tobacco and Daqingjin,as materials. The results showed that the germination time of Nicotiana rustica ZY08-4 was earlier 1 day than the other varieties under the same experimental conditions. Seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index were decreased with the incre-ment of the frozen storage period. Compared to the seeds from 2011 ,the decrease of the above indexes of seeds from 2010 was the clearest.
