摘 要:采用 Hummers 法及超声破碎分散法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO)纳米相分散液,研究了 GO 对水泥净浆流动度和水泥石微观结构的影响,用 FT-IR、AFM、XRD及SEM 对GO及水泥石结构进行了表征.结果表明GO的掺入降低了净浆流动性,每增加0.01%的 GO 需要增加0.02%的聚羧酸系减水剂(PCs)以保持水泥净浆流动度在3 h 内在200mm 以上,GO 的掺入能够使水泥石的微观结构发生明显的变化,当 GO/PCs 掺量为0.01%/0.24%~0.03%/0.28%时,水化龄期7d 的水泥石出现了大量分散均匀的花状微晶体,当 GO/PCs 掺量为0.05%/0.32%~0.07%/0.36%时,同龄期水泥石中出现大量的片状晶体,在水化龄期延长到28d 时有转化为密实结构的趋势,结果说明 GO 具有调控水泥水化产物形貌的能力及增强增韧的作用,此研究结果对于提高水泥基材料的力学性能具有重要意义.Graphene oxide (GO)nanophase dispersion was prepared by Hummers method followed ultrasonica-tion.The effects of GO on fluidity of cement pastes and microstructure of hardened cement paste were studied. The microstructure of GO and hardened cement paste were characterized by FT-IR,AFM,XRD and SEM.The tested results showed that the fluidity of cement paste with GO would reduce.And the study also found a 0.01%increase in the dosage of GO should increase 0.02% of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCs)in order to keep the fluidity more than 200 mm within 3 h.Meanwhile,the results also showed that the microstructure of hard-ened cement hydrate have changed obviously with the addition of GO.When GO/PCs dosage was 0.01%/0.24%-0.03%/0.28%,there are lots of flower-like micro-crystals with distribution evenly in the hardened ce-ment paste at hydration age of 7 d.When GO/PCs dosage was 0.05%/0.32%-0.07%/0.36%,there are many la-mellae shaped crystals in the hardened cement paste at 7 d.And the hardened cement paste showed dense trend with hydration age extended to 28 d.The results suggested that GO can ragulate the microstructure of cement hydration products and have excellent reinforcing and toughening effects,which has a significance for the im-provement of the strength and toughness of cement based composites.
