摘　　要：对滤棒交换中心的功能和数据结构进行分析,将设备PLC模块中的数据进行解码,实时显示在发射机操作终端。通过实施,滤棒发送机工控显示屏上可清晰实时显示棒发送机和卷烟机连接通道的详细信息。当滤棒发送机中的滤棒规格和卷烟机生产的牌号BOM数据不符时,可控制滤棒发送机停机,防止质量事故产生,从而保障产品质量,实现车间生产过程管理数字化、智能化。In this paper, We analyze the function and data structure of filter rod switching center, wedecodes the data what is gotten from PLC module and display the real- time information at fieldterminals. Through the implementation, we can get the details of connection channel between filter rodtransferring device and cigarette machine. When the filter rod specification in transmitter and the BOMdata cannot match, we can start the shutdown control of filter rod machine, which can prevent qualityaccidents, thereby ensure the high quality of products, and all these can greatly improve the numericalintelligence of production process management in workshop.
