摘　　要：一种为十字路口红绿灯控制的通塞判断系统,它相应于数字计算机所存储的程序控制信号运行,以感知十字路口的通堵状态进而控制十字路口红绿灯的状态。在数字存储器中存有系统运行的多个参数和控制程序,如摄像头防误判的重复采样次数、汽车高度范围(cm)、早中晚亮度参考值TM、TA、TN,并自动通过自适应算法获取的图像帧差阈值。控制程序按照事先约定的流程根据各个参数和系统的传感设备传送的数据完成交通灯的控制。A judgment system of flow or congestion for controlling red lights at the crossroads is proposed w hich corresponds to the digital computer of a signal operation controlled by stored program and perceives the state of crossroads block and then controls the state of the traffic lights at the cross‐roads .There are many parameters and control program of system operation in digital memory ,such as the times of repeated sampling of the camera to prevent miscarriage of justice ,the vehicle height range（cm） ,and the value TM ,TA ,TN of luminance reference in the morning or afternoon or eve‐ning .The judgment system can obtain automatically through the difference threshold of image frame by adaptive algorithm .Its control procedures achieve the control of traffic lights in accordance with the prior agreement of the process according to the parameters and data which is transmitted from the sensing device of system .
