广西西江经济带人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展研究

摘　　要：以广西西江经济带所辖的南宁市、柳州市等7个地级市为研究对象,采用均方差决策法和协调发展度模型评价了各地级市的人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展关系,并对其空间差异特征进行了分析总结,以期为快速发展中的广西西江经济带各市差别化的城镇化发展战略与政策的制定提供参考依据。结果表明:(1)广西西江经济带人口城镇化与土地城镇化发展水平与社会经济发展水平有关,存在明显的区域不平衡;(2)协调发展水平总体较低,仍存在较大的提升空间;(3)协调发展水平差异显著,协调发展度最高的柳州市与最低的崇左市的协调发展度相差达0.404;总体呈现中部高于东部,东部高于西部的空间差异特征。In order to provide reference for the different strategy and policy of the urbanization de‐velopment of Guangxi West River Economic Belt ,Nanning city ,Liuzhou city and other five cities were exemplified .In this study ,we evaluated the coordinated development degree between population urbanization and land urbanization in each city by using mean square deviation decision method and the model of coordinated development degree ,then analyzed the difference characteristics .The results show that ：（1） there is close relationship between the level of urbanization and economic development of Guangxi West River Economic Belt ,and the w hole level of urbanization development of the studied cities show s strong imbalance ;（2） the overall level of coordinate development is generally low ,there is still large room for improvement ;（3） the difference of coordinated development level is remarka‐ble ,in that Liuzhou city is the highest level while Chongzuo city is the lowest level .What＆#39;s more ,the range of coordinated development degree between them reaches 0 4.04 .The overall level of coordinated development shows a spatial distribution characteristic ,specifically with the level of central part high‐er than the eastern part which is higher than the western part .
