“幸福广东”视野下广东省大众体育的发展

摘　　要：在广东省提出"加快转型升级、建设幸福广东"的背景下,对广东省12座大中型城市的大众体育发展情况进行调查研究。结果发现广东省大众体育发展情况与"幸福广东"建设要求存在一定差距,包括大众体育场地供给状况难令人满意;区域文化和经济的发展制约了大众体育的发展;大众的体育诉求难以实现。研究认为应通过逐步实现大众体育场馆的"共建共享",积极消除广东省大众体育的地区和群体差异,加强广东省公共体育服务体系的制度保障等措施,逐步实现幸福广东在大众体育领域的建设目标。Under the background of “Accelerate Transformation and Upgrading, Construct Happy Guangdong” put forward by Guangdong province, the author investigated and studied the situation of development of mass sports in 12 large or medium cities in Guangdong province, and found that the situation of development of mass sports in Guangdong province fell somewhat short of the requirements of constructing “Happy Guangdong”, which included the followings： the condition of supply of mass sports playgrounds in Guangdong was unsatisfying; the develop-ment of regional culture and economy had restrained the development of mass sports; it was difficult for sports ap-peals of the masses to be realized. In the author’s opinion, construction objectives of Happy Guangdong in the mass sports area should be gradually realized by taking measures such as gradually realizing “joint construction and sharing” of mass sports venues, actively eliminating region and group differences of mass sports in Guangdong province, strengthening institutional assurance of the public sports service system in Guangdong province, etc.
