型线同心绞架空导线异形单线设计及模具加工研究

摘　　要：探讨了一种异形单线结构尺寸设计的新方法,论证了由T型结构等面积演变成Z型(或S型)结构的可行性,同时介绍了采用3D成型设计技术加工异形单线拉丝模具的方法,旨在简化异形单线结构设计,提高异形单线设计制造的精确度以及生产效率。This paper explores a new method about abnormity strands structure size design,demonstrates the feasibility that T-type structure transforms into Z-type( or S-type) structure under the same cross sectional area. In addition,in order to simplify the design process of abnormity strands structure and increase accuracy of manufacture and production efficiency of the design and abnormity strands. This study also introduces the method of processing abnormity strands drawing die with 3D molding design technology.
