摘 要:结合气吹微缆技术在光纤复合低压电缆中的应用,提出了一种气吹型光纤复合低压电缆。介绍了气吹微缆技术。根据复合缆的结构特点,线芯在成缆时内置一根或多根微管,后期敷设时通过采用气吹微缆技术吹入光单元,从而得到了该电缆,该电缆可更换已敷设的光单元或增加新的光单元,避免用户需求变化时重新布线,减少了资源浪费。Application of the blowing micro cable technology in the optical fiber composite low-voltage cables,a new blowing optical fiber composite low-voltage cable was put forward. The blowing micro cable technology was also introduced. According to the structural characteristics of the cable,one or more micro ducts are internally installed in the core during cable-making,into which the optical units are insufflated by the blowing micro cable technology when the cable is laid. Through this method,the cable is processed. The optical units in the cable laid can be replaced or increased,avoiding wiring again as the user's needs change,which reduces the waste of resources.
