航空导线耐湿电弧标准的比较与试验分析

摘　　要：耐湿电弧试验是航空导线检测中一个非常重要的项目。SAE AS 4373E—2012与ASTM D 3032—2010这两个标准在对航空导线耐湿电弧的试验方法上有诸多差异,如电解液成分、试样接线方式、试样的放置方式等。分别采用这两种标准方法对航空导线做对比试验并分析结果。The wet arc propagation resistance test is one of the most important properties of aircraft wire. The requirements for the wet arc propagation resistance test in the standard SAE AS 4373E—2012 is different from which in the standard ASTM D 3032—2010,such as composition of the electrolyte,connection of sample,placement of sample,etc. The author has contrasted the wet arc propagation resistance test using these two test methods,and analyzed the test results.
