摘 要:研究了乳化剂浓度、油水比、剪切速度对扶余原油乳液性质的影响。结果表明,随着乳化剂浓度、油水比和剪切速度的增加,乳液的稳定性逐渐变好。当油水比<55∶45时,乳液为水包油型;>55∶45时,为油包水型。剪切速度45 cm/min时,形成的乳液完全为水包油,随着剪切速度的增大,乳滴颗粒粒径逐渐变小,最后全部为油包水型。乳化剂聚合物二元驱提高采收率幅度高达25.4%,表明乳化具有启动携带降低原油粘度的作用,对低渗常规稠油油藏限压注入提高采收率具有重要意义。The influence of emulsifier concentration,oil-water ratio and shear rate have the greatest impact on Fuyu oil emulsion properties were investigated. With an increase in emulsifier concentration,oil-water ratio,shear rate and stability increases. When oil / water ratio is < 55 ∶ 45,the emulsion is oil-in-water type,and which is > 55 ∶ 45,that is water-in-oil type. When 45 cm / min shear rate in the emulsions,beyond that it is inverted into water-in-oil emulsions. Droplet size measurements reveal that emulsion droplet size decreases with the increasing of oil-water ratio and shear rate. Flooding experiment is also carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the emulsification for enhanced oil recovery. Enhanced recovery is up to25. 4%,it show that the major contribution of emulsification for flooding is oil emulsifying and viscosity reduction. It is a great significance for the development of low permeability conventional heavy oil reservoir.
