摘　　要：在刮板输送机维修中,主要存在刮板输送机中部槽磨损严重,大大缩短了刮板输送机的使用寿命,在维修中修复中部槽的磨损,并提高刮板输送机耐磨性是维修需要攻克的难题。刮板输送机中部槽在维修中的焊材选择尤为重要,经过试验对比,研发出性价比较高的耐磨堆焊焊条,能较大地提高刮板输送机中部槽在维修后使用的耐磨性。In the scraper conveyor maintenance,the main problem is that middle groove of scraper conveyorserious wear and tear,greatly reducing the service life of scraper conveyor,in the repair process,repair mid-dle groove wear and improve wear resistance of scraper conveyor is needed to overcome the problem.Inthe repair middle groove of scraper conveyor process,the choice of Welding Material is particularly impor-tant,through the comparison test,developed the cost-effective hardfacing electrode,can greatly improve thewear resistance of middle groove of scraper conveyor after repair.
