摘  要:压力容器制造过程中封头的制造至关重要,多数大型压力容器封头是由组合瓜瓣或是由瓜瓣和弧形球缺组合而成。为防止封头焊后产生焊接变形,需要采用合理的焊接工艺。本文基于某大型压力容器Q345R钢厚壁封头制造,合理的焊接工艺评定结果支撑,采用合理的焊接工艺和热处理方式进行焊接,达到封头尺寸精度的要求。Head manufacturing is critical during the manufacturing process of pressured vessel, the majority of the large head is composed of a combination of lack of melon or lack of melon flap valve and a curved of ball. To prevent deformation after welding of the head, it need to adopt a reasonable welding technology. This article is based on a large thick-wall pressured vessel head manufacturing which used the material of Q345 R, it need a reasonable welding procedure qualification results that using reasonable welding method and heat treatment method, it reached to the required dimensional accuracy of the head.
