摘　　要：目的:观察和宫汤治疗育龄妇女放环后月经失调临床疗效。方法:132例患者随机分为两组,观察组66例采用和宫汤治疗,对照组66例采用西医常规治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为93.9%,对照组为71.2%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:和宫汤治疗育龄妇女放环后月经失调疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical curatine effect of menstrual disorders of childbearing women after IUD placement. Methods： 132 cases were divided into observation group and control group randomly. 66 cases of observation group treatment with Hegong decoction, while, 66 cases of control group treatment with western medicine. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 93.9%, and the control group was 71.2%. The difference between the two groups was significant, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： The clinical effect was obcious of menstrual disorders of childbearing women agter IUD placement treatment with Hegong decoction and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
