中医药治疗160例血吸虫肝病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药治疗血吸虫肝病的临床疗效。方法:160例血吸虫肝病患者分为3中类型,通过回顾性分析,总结中医药治疗不同证型血吸虫肝病的效果。结果:中医药治疗肝郁脾虚证血吸虫肝病总体效果没有显著性意义(P>0.05),中医药治疗湿热蕴结证可以显著改善症状体征(P<0.05),显著改善患者的肝纤四项(P<0.05),但总体效果没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。中医药可改善气滞血瘀证型肝纤四项(P<0.05)。但总体效果没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。中医药对气滞血瘀水停证患者总体上具有显著效果(P<0.05)。结论:中医药对血吸虫肝病具有一定的效果。Object： To analyze the effect of the therapy of Schistosomiasis liver disease by herb medicine. Methods： 160patients with Schistosomiasis liver disease were grouped into three groups, and different herb medicine according the symptom were managed to the patients with Schistosomiasis liver disease for 15days. result： Were statistics by the SPSS software. Result： There have no effect of the therapy of herb medicine to symptom of Ganyupixu group （P 〉 0.05 ）. the sign and symptom, the hepatic fibrosis are improved significantly when come to the symptom of the ShiReYunJie group,but the whole effect is not significantly well （P 〉 0.05 ）. the whole effect is significantly well to the symptom of the Qizhixueyu group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There have some effect when Schistosomiasis liver disease patient is managed by the herb medicine.
