摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合太阳穴局部注射复方当归注射液治疗眼睑痉挛的临床疗效。方法:将门诊46例眼睑痊挛患者随机分为两组,对照组22例予以针刺治疗,观察组24例同时给予复方当归注射液太阳穴局部注射,均治疗30天。结果:观察组愈显率87.5%,对照组愈显率59%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合太阳穴局部注射复方当归注射液治疗眼睑痉挛临床疗效显著,且可减少本病的复发。Objective ： To observe the efficacy of blepharospasm with acupuncture treatment and local injection of Compound Angelica Injection in the temple. Methods： 46 cases of blepharospasm patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture treatment and local injection of Compound Angelica Injection in the temple, the control group using acupuncture treatment alone, both of the groups were treated 30 days. Results ： The markedly effective rate of the treatment group is 87.5%, the control group is 59% ,statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment and local injection of Compound Angelica Injection in the temple is remarkable, and the method can reduce the recurrence rate.
