了哥王抗炎有效部位研究

摘　　要：目的:研究了哥王的抗炎有效部位。方法:通过蛋清法致小鼠足肿胀实验及炎症部位PGE2含量测定,确定了哥王有效的抗炎部位。结果:阳性组、高剂量组和中剂量组小鼠足肿胀度明显降低(P<0.05),肿胀抑制率分别为44.75%、38.49%、29.26%。阳性组、高剂量组和中剂量组炎症部位的PGE2含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:乙酸乙酯部位是了哥王的抗炎有效部位。Objective： To study the anti -inflammatory effective fraction of Wikstroemia indica. Method： The mouse feet were injected by egg white, determinated content of arthritic PGE2 and determined the anti - inflammatory effective fraction of Wikstroemia indica. Results ： The positive group, high dose group and middle dose group around the feet weight was difference with the blank control group with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the inhibition rate was 44.75% , 38.49% and 29.26% respectively. By measuring the content of PGE2, arthritic get positive group, high dose group and middle dose group OD value and the blank control group with significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Ethyl acetate extraction of Wikstroemia indica is the anti - inflammatory effective fraction.
