摘 要:目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定清鱼油霜中维生素A含量的方法,为清鱼油霜的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水=95∶5,检测波长:325nm,柱温:30℃。结果:维生素A浓度在3.07μg/m L^30.74μg/m L之间时,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=119.17X+0.8525,r=1,平均回收率为101.39%,RSD为3.01%。结论:此方法简便可行,可以作为测定清鱼油霜中维生素A含量的测定方法。Objective : To establish a method to determine the content of vitamin A in pure fish oil cream by RP - HPLC and to provide the basis for the quality control of clear fish oil cream. Methods: Using Eclipse XDB - C18 (4.6 mm × 150mm, 5 μm) , Methanol - Wa- ter = 95:5 as mobile phase and detection wavelength of 325 nm. Results: Vitamin A concentration in 3. 07μg/mL -30. 74μg/mL, had good linear relationship with the peak area, and the regression equation for Y = 119.17X + 0.8525, r = 1, the average recovery was 101.39% , RSD was 3.01%. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, and can be used as the method to determine the content of vitamin A in pure fish oil cream .
