摘　　要：研究生教育是培养高层次人才的教育。阐述了医学研究生素质教育的重要性和必要性,强调应从培养"广博精专"的治学精神、"仁者爱人"的仁爱之心、"传承创新"的科学品质几方面着手加强医学研究生综合素质的培养与提升。Graduate education is to train high - level personnel of education. This paper describes the importance and necessity of medical students quality education, training should emphasize broad specialization academic spirit, benevolent love caring heart, inheritance and innovation, the scientific quality of several aspects to strengthen the Medical Graduate overall quality of the training and upgrading.
