摘  要:论述了宣钢二钢轧厂在生产各规格SAE系列线材盘圆时发生的表面结疤等质量缺陷的情况,通过电镜扫描等手段对结疤物质组分进行分析,并通过低倍、截取12架次的中间坯等方法对结疤的产生进行了分析,得出宜钢线材的结疤主要原因是轧制过程中产生的耳子及折叠造成,从而采用了措施加以避免。Quality defects such as surface scarring are discussed in this paper when various specifications SAE series wire rod are produced in the Second Steelmaking and Rolling Plant of Xuangang. Components of scarring are analyzed by scanlfing electron microscopy (SEM), and methods such as macroscopic test on 14 batches intermediate billet are used to study the forming reason of scarring. It is concluded that scarring reason are ears and folds formed during rolling process, and measures have been adopted.
