摘  要:针对周向全方位多自由曲面超精密加工过程中存在的问题,设计其专用卡具;通过模型分析,建立了确定卡具关键参数的数学公式,给出了保证多自由曲面相互位置精度的安装调试方法,为减小卡具部分的系统误差提供理论依据。Special clamp is designed to solve the existing problem in the high precision machining of multiple free-form surface. The formula to determine the key parameters of clamps is given through analysis of model. The method to install and test the clamp is shown to assure the accuracy of mutual alignment for multiple free-form surface. It provides theoretical evidence to reduce the system errors in the process and measurement. The structure can resolve the problem of clamp and positioning of the workpiece when machining a measurement, the repeatability and positioning accuracy is high, and the positioning references determination is easy. The foundation is established for the high-precision of machining the free-form surface.
