摘 要:基于DEFORM软件,利用有限元方法对钛合金高速拉削过程中的力和热进行了建模与仿真,分析了拉削速度、齿升量、刀具前角对拉削力和拉削温度的影响规律。结果表明:拉削力随拉削速度和刀具前角的增大而减小,随齿升量的增加而增大;拉削温度随拉削速度和齿升量的增大而升高,随刀具前角的增大而降低。The high speed broaching force and temperature of titanium alloy were modeled and simulated through the FEM (finite element method) based on DEFORM software. The influence rules of broaching speed, broaching depth, rake angle on broaching force and temperature were analyzed. The results show that the broaching force reduced with increases in broaching speed and rake angle and increased with increases in broaching depth. On the other hand, the broaching temperature increased with increases in broaching speed and depth, descended with increases in rake angle.
