摘  要:本文建立了PCBN刀具在风冷条件下切削淬硬钢的有限元分析模型。利用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对风冷正交切削进行了建模仿真,并对带槽形的菱形刀具进行建模仿真。对不同速度、不同切削厚度下的硬态切削过程进行了分析。结果表明:切削中的冷风有利于降低切削温度,随着切削厚度的增大,风冷的效果越明显,但切削力有所升高。The finite element analysis model was established for cutting hardened steel of PCBN tool under air patenting. The air patenting orthogonal cutting simulation model and the computer simulation of the rhombus tool with groove were establish by using the finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D. The hard cutting process under different cutting speeds and different cutting thickness were analyzed. The results showed that the cold air in cutting conducive to reducing cutting temperature with the increase of cutting thickness; the air patenting effect is more obvious, but the cutting force increased.
