摘  要:针对兰炭气有效成分低、杂质多、有毒物质多的特点,对兰炭气的利用,建议采用全低变制氢工艺,先脱油脱毒再变换。用两个实例说明兰炭气全低变制氢的工业应用,结果表明,兰炭气全低变制氢工艺是可行的。采用该工艺技术,可实现对兰炭气的综合利用。As semicoke gas had few effective constituents but many impurities and toxics,the hydrogen production process was suggested to be of full low temperature shift followed by the removal of oil and toxics.Two industrial applications of this shift process were given as examples,and the result indicated that hydrogen production process based on full low temperature shift of semicoke gas was feasible.This technology can facilitate comprehensive utilization of the semicoke gas.
