快中子对食管癌细胞EC9706的生物效应

摘　　要：探讨了不同剂量的快中子对体外培养的人源性食管癌细胞株EC9706的作用效果及其机理.应用MTT、流式细胞仪检测快中子对人源性食管癌细胞株EC9706在照射前后的变化.结果表明:中子束可诱导EC9706细胞坏死与凋亡,呈一定的剂量依赖效应.中子束可抑制EC9706体外增殖,其损伤机制可能以细胞坏死为主.To study the biological effective and the mechanism of fast neutrons on EC9706 cells to provide theory basis for further experimental and clinical study.Methods MTT and Flow cytometry assay were conducted on human esophageal cancer cell line EC9706 after radiotherapy of fast neutrons respectively.The fast neutrons showed anti-tumor effect on EC9706 via inducing the necrosis and apoptosis of EC9706 cells in a dosage dependent manner,compared with the control group.The fast neutrons inhibit EC9706 in vitro and mainly through necrosis.
