转型期前后女性转职机制分析

摘  要:1992年是中国经济转型的重要年份,经济转型引起女性就业市场变化.现有研究多为定量分析,通过回归模型等探讨影响女性就业与转职因素,定量研究忽视了女性转职的实际问题和心理变化.本论文通过对30位在京就职女性进行深度访谈,获取女性自身及基本属性和转职历程数据,研究发现:任何时期,家庭因素、文化程度、职业类型、户籍制度均为影响女性转职的主要因素.转型期后,女性转职受到女性个性因素等特殊因素影响.It is an important year for China's economic transformation in 1992, which causes changes in female employment market. Most of the existing studies are quantitative analysis (discuss the factors of influencing female employment by regression model) , which ignored the practical problems and psychological changes. According to 30 in-depth interviews with inaugural women in Beijing, this study has collected the data of their basic attributes and process of changing jobs. This study found that the main factors of influencing women changing jobs are family, education, occupation type and the household registration system. Later in the economic transformation, the personalities of individuals also affect women to change jobs.
