摘　　要：转化医学能够提高生物医学研究的投资效益,促进生物医学研究向提高人类健康水平的原始目的回归,解决基础研究与临床需求脱节的问题.为促进转化医学发展,NIH实施了临床与转化科学基金专项计划.Translational medicine is a more effective and efficient way to improve the investment return on bioscience and provide equitable access to high—quality healthcare.Recognizing the need for a new impetus to spur clinical and translational research,the National Institutes of Health established the Clinical and Translational Science Awards Program.
