烧伤伤员心理健康状况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查"6·7"纵火案中烧伤伤员12个月后的心理健康状况及其与社会支持的相关性。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、症状自评量表和社会支持评定量表,对18例"6·7"纵火案中被烧伤的伤员进行调查。结果 "6·7"纵火案中烧伤伤员症状自评量表中躯体化与焦虑因子得分高于常模(P<0.01或P<0.05);社会支持总分高于常模(P<0.01);社会支持的3个维度与症状自评量表各因子均呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论调查的18例烧伤伤员烧伤12个月后的心理健康状况良好,提示及时有效的心理干预和较好的社会支持可以促进伤员的康复。Objective To investigate the mental health of burn patients after 12 months and the relationships with social support during ＂6 · 7＂ arson.Methods Totally,18 cases of ＂6.7＂ fire burn patients were investigated using a self-designed general data questionnaire,Symptom Checklist 90 （CSL-90）and Social Support Rating Scale.Results The SCL-90 scores of body and anxiety factor were higher than the national norm （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）.The total score of social support was higher than the norm （P 〈 0.01）.There was negative correlation between three dimensions of social support and SCL-90 factors （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The mental health of investigated 18 burn patients is good,which is closely related to the timely and efficient psychological intervention and social support.These two factors can promote their rehabilitation.
