摘  要:目的采用国际通用的SAS统计分析平台编制计算机程序,建立中国口岸外来医学媒介生物监测地理信息系统。方法采用SAS编程平台适用性评估、业务流程分析、软件应用分析等环节确立应用SAS统计分析平台建立中国口岸外来医学媒介生物监测地理信息系统的可行性,并举例说明实现部分代表性模块的程序代码和操作界面。结果该地理信息系统涵盖空间数据管理层和属性数据管理层两个层次,实现8种主要外来医学媒介生物监测信息的管理、分析及展示等多项功能。结论基于SAS的全国口岸外来医学媒介生物监测地理信息系统较好地发挥高效、准确、直观、全面的作用,实现了出入境检验检疫机构对海量外来媒介生物截获信息的实时评估与系统化管理,为防控外来有害生物输入提供智慧决策支持。Objective To establish the Geographic Information System for exotic medical vectors surveillance with computer program based on Statistical Analysis System. Methods The feasibility of developing Geographic hfforma- tion System for exotic medical vectors surveillance (GEMV_GIS) by SAS was analyzed by means of applicability as- sessment,analysis of procedures and software. And parts of the program codes and GUI operations were taken for ex- ample. Results The GEMV_GIS included parallel spiral data and altribute data management layers, and muhiple functions for the administration, analysis and display of the main eight exotic vectors were realized. Conclusion The GEMV_GIS based on SAS may enhance the administration and real-time analysis for huge data of exotic medical vectors captured in points of entry, and provide supports of intellectual decision for prevention and control of exotic vectors.
