摘 要:目的掌握驻山东省部队营区蚊类种群分布,为蚊虫防治工作提供参考。方法分别采用人帐诱捕法和灯诱法在营区内捕获成蚊,并进行种类鉴定。结果共捕获蚊虫5 784只,隶属于5属26种,中华按蚊、淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊在各部队营区均有分布,淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊、海滨伊蚊、中华按蚊和二带喙库蚊等5种蚊虫占全部捕获总数的76.53%。10个营区的优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,4个营区的优势蚊种为三带喙库蚊,另有3个和2个营区的优势蚊种分别为海滨伊蚊和二带喙库蚊,仅驻蒙阴营的优势蚊种为刺扰伊蚊;人帐诱法和灯诱法调查驻不同地理位置的营区蚊虫捕获率存在明显差异,灯诱法调查同一营区的不同生境蚊虫捕获率亦存在明显差异,以营区内植被区的捕获率最高,其次是营区围墙外和训练场所边,战士宿舍外的蚊虫捕获率最低。结论驻山东省部队营区蚊虫种群呈多样性分布,提示各部队营区应根据驻地优势蚊种开展科学防灭蚊,有效控制蚊密度,防止蚊媒传染病的发生。Objective To understand mosquito species and population distribution in military camps in Shandong, and provide basis for mosquito control. Methods The methods of mosquito-net trap and mosquito light trap were employed in the investigation. Results 5 784 adult mosquitoes,belonging to 26 species,5 genus were captured. A- nopheles sinensis , Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus were found in all camps. Five species, Cx. pipiens pallens , Cx. tritaeniorhynchus ,Ae. togoi ,An. sinensi and Cx. bitaeniorhynchus accounted for 76.53%. Cx. pipiens pallens, Cx. tritaeniorhynchus ,Ae. togoi, Cx. bitaeniorhynchus and Ae. Vexans were dominant species in 10,4,3,2 and 1 camps re- spectively. Capturing rates were significantly different between mosquito-net trap and mosquito light trap. Capturing rates by mosquito light trap existed in obvious difference in different area on same camp. The highest capturing rate presented in vegetation area, followed by training area, outside dormitory. Conclusion The investigation shows mosquito species diversity in military camps in Shandong.
