摘  要:目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血浆大内皮素(Bigendothelin-1,Big ET-1)与N末端脑钠肽(NT-pro BNP)的水平及其与心功能的关系。方法:选择本院2014年1月-2014年5月收治的60例CHD患者为观察组,及同期接受体检的60例健康志愿者作为对照组,测定并比较两组的血浆大内皮素与N末端脑钠肽水平以及不同心功能分级CHD患者的血浆大内皮素与N末端脑钠肽水平的差异,分析血浆大内皮素与N末端脑钠肽水平与CHD患者心功能的关系。结果:观察组患者血浆Big ET-1和NT-pro BNP的水平均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着CHD患者的心功能分级的增加,其血浆Big ET-1和NT-pro BNP的水平逐渐升高,且各组之间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆Big ET-1、NT-pro BNP水平与CHD患者的心功能之间存在明显的正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:CHD患者的血浆Big ET-1与NT-pro BNP水平均异常升高,且与患者的心功能呈正相关,监测其水平对判断CHD的病情及心功能可能具有重要的临床参考价值。Objective: To investigate the relationships between plasma big endothelin, n terminal brain natriuretic peptide levels and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: 60 cases of patients with CHD who were treated in our hospital from January to May 2014 were selected as the observation group, while another 60 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The plasma big endothelin and N terminal brain natriuretic peptide levels were determined and compared between the two groups and between the CHD patients with different grades of heart function. The relationship between plasma big endothelin and N terminal brain natriuretic peptide levels and the heart function of CHD patients were analyzed. Results: The plasma levels of Big ET-1 and NT-pro BNP of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈 0.05). The plasma levels of Big ET-1 and NT-pro BNP level increased gradually with the increasing of cardiac function grading of CHD patients(P〈 0.05). There were positive correlations of the plasma levels of Big ET-1, NT-pro BNP with cardiac function of CHD patients(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: The plasma levels of Big ET-1 and NT-pro BNP of CHD patients were both upregulated, which were positively correlated with the cardiac function,monitoring the plasma levels of Big ET-1 and NT-pro BNP could have important clinical reference value for determining the condition of CHD and cardiac funciton.
