摘  要:采用稻壳、磨细的稻壳粉作为内燃原料,研究烧结黏土砖的体积密度、吸水率和力学性能。结果表明,随着稻壳掺量的增加,烧结黏土砖的体积密度和强度明显降低,吸水率提高。在同等掺量下用磨细稻壳粉所得到的内燃烧结砖比原状稻壳的成型质量好,强度、吸水率要高。从满足承重黏土砖强度要求角度,稻壳粉质量掺量应控制在5%以内。Experiments were carried out to investigate the density, water absorption and the mechanical property of internal combustion bricks with rice hulls and rice hull flour. The results show that the volume density and com- pressive strength of internal combustion bricks apparently decreases with the increasing of rice hull amount. The me- chanical strength and water absorption of the internal combustion bricks with rice hull flour is higher than that of the internal combustion bricks with rice hull under the same amount. In order to meet the requirements of bearing strength, the amount of rice hull flour should be less than 5%.
