前列倍喜胶囊联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前列倍喜胶囊治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分成3组,各30例,分别给予前列倍喜胶囊、甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片、前列倍喜胶囊联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片治疗,用药均为6周。结果:中药组(前列倍喜胶囊)与西药组(甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结合组(前列倍喜胶囊联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片)与中药组(前列倍喜胶囊)、西药组(甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列倍喜胶囊对Ⅲ型前列腺炎有缓解症状、促进症状消除和促进前列腺炎恢复的作用。Objectives：To observe the curative effect of Qianliebeixi capsule for III -type prostatitis. Methods：90 patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into 3 groups,each of 30 ones.The three groups were given Qianliebeixi capsule,doxazosin mesylate,combination of the two above separately for six weeks.Results：There was no statistical difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group （P〉0.05 ）,while significant difference between combination group and TCM group or western medicine group （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：Qianliebeixi capsule has the curative functions of promoting inflammation absorption,relieving symptoms and speeding recovery.
