摘　　要：目的:比较手术流产和药物流产对女性性功能、生活质量及再孕时并发症发生率的影响。方法:回顾性分析2010年2月至2012年2月于我院行人工流产手术的240例女性资料,其中120例女性采用手术流产(Ⅰ组),另外120例行药物流产(Ⅱ组),术后随访24个月,随访期内有120名女性再次妊娠并选择娩出,其中66例采取手术流产终止初次妊娠,54例采取药物流产终止初次妊娠,对两种方式流产后女性性功能、生活质量及再孕时并发症发生情况进行分析。结果:所有女性流产均获得成功,Ⅱ组女性性功能评分和生活质量评分显著高于Ⅰ组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=3.585和4.823;P=0.007和0.019);终止妊娠再孕后妊高症、胎盘粘连、产后出血发生率均较Ⅰ组女性显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:与手术流产相比,药物流产术后女性性功能受影响较小,生活质量更高,再次妊娠时受影响较小,值得临床合理运用。Objectives：To compare the influence of drug abortion and surgical abortion on sexual function, living quality and complication of pregnancy again.Methods：In this study,240 females received abortion in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012 were selected and divided into drug abortion group （n=120,groupⅡ）and surgical abortion group （n=120,group Ⅰ）.66 females who received surgical abortion got pregnant a-gain,while 54 females in group Ⅱ became pregnant again.The sexual function,living quality and incidence of complication of pregnancy again of females in the two groups were analyzed.Results：All abortion was successful. In group Ⅱ,sexual function score and living quality score increased significantly （t=3.585 and 4.823;P=0.007 and 0.0019）.Incidence of gestational hypertension,placenta adherence and postpartum hemorrhage decreased sig-nificantly （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：Compared with surgical abortion,drug abortion has less effect on the sexual function and re-pregnancy of patients,hereby with a higher living quality,which is worthy of clinical application.
