摘　　要：目的：探讨腋前弧形切口结合环皮片周围打包压迫法预防腋臭术后皮肤坏死的临床疗效.方法：采用腋前手术切口,术后环手术区域皮片周围打包加压固定.结果：52例患者中,51例伤口无积液,无裂开,愈合艮好.1例患者切口皮肤有点状黑痂,经局部换药后3天痊愈.均获随访1～3个月,无异味,伤口开裂,无瘢痕形成,肢体活动无异常.结论：腋前弧形切口结合环皮片周围打包压迫方法是预防腋臭术后伤口皮肤坏死的一种良好方式,值得临床推广应用.Objective To study the arc incision combined with ring before axillary skin around compression packaging method to prevent body odor the clinical efficacy of postoperative skin necrosis. Methods Before the axillary incision, postoperative skin packing pressure around the fixed ring operation area. Results 52 cases patients, 51 cases wound without effusion, no crack, good healing.1 patients had dot black scab skin incision, 3 days after local treatment to heal.Have been followed up for 1-3 months, no peculiar smell, wound dehiscence, no scarring, physical activities without exception. Conclusion Arc incision combined with ring before axillary skin pack compression methods is to prevent body odor around the postoperative skin necrosis way of a good, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
